Get to know one of the world’s most favorite foods.
Who can resist a rich, decadent chunk of dark chocolate, or a square of creamy-smooth milk chocolate? Indulge in one of the world’s most favorite foods - share the delicious experience of a tasting! From a casual family gathering to a holiday party or special occasion, there’s never a bad time for chocolate.
My events feature bars and treats from all over the world, from Spain to New Zealand to Hawaii and beyond. My relationships with artisanal producers and suppliers let me offer some truly amazing stuff, which means a exceptional experience for you and your guests. While enjoying each morsel, you’ll learn about chocolate’s fascinating history, how it’s made, and other trivia tidbits that show why it’s such a special treat.
Each event features a uniquely curated selection chosen to provide a variety of styles and origins for the most interesting and satisfying experience. Do you have guests with dietary preference or needs? Not a problem. From gluten-free to dairy-free, and just about any other “free”, I’m able to create amazing menus that are tailored to nearly every consideration. When it comes to chocolate, nobody is left behind.
If you’re interested expanding the event, a beverage pairing option is a great way to add another layer of enjoyment. Wine and chocolate? Sublime. Pairing chocolate with rum, bourbon, and other spirits? Outstanding. Want to skip the booze? Tea and chocolate is one of my most popular event themes. There’s no shortage of great choices to consider.
Whether the prelude to an afternoon with family or friends, or a coda to a wonderful evening, my chocolate tasting events are an engaging, casual way to enjoy one of life’s pleasures, no guilt required. Contact me to see how I can bring the joy of chocolate to your next event!
my ‘fair & easy’ doctrine
For all my events, I handle every detail of sourcing, ordering and shipping everything needed, making sure it gets to each guest on time and in great condition. From the first moment we connect to the conclusion of the event, my priority is a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone from the organizers to the last participants.
Whenever possible, I only use products that come from farmers, producers, and suppliers who share my beliefs in fair trade, equality and organic methods of production. For my in-person events, I use recycled and bamboo plates, napkins and utensils as much as possible. I want to feel good about what I share, and I want you to have confidence as well.
